OUR PROCESS
Phase 1
Initial Consultation & Assessment
Our initial consultation serves two purposes; firstly, giving potential clients a sense of who we are and how we operate. Secondly, for us to get a feel of who they are and how we can tailor our services to their requirements. It enables us to establish the clients’ needs and visions for a space and gives them the opportunity to share their preferred design styles. We encourage the sharing of ideas, style inspirations, and any project specifics at this stage.
Then we might introduce clients to different styles, fabrics, materials, colour palettes etc. and guide them through the design options available for their space.
Either at the end of the meeting or soon afterwards, we then conduct an assessment of the space, taking measurements, photos and dimensions of the room to inform our design options for the project.
Phase 2
Designing and refining the concept
Based on your input and our assessment, we create initial design concepts, to help you visualise the proposed ideas for the space.
We develop two or three design concepts presenting the style, colour scheme, materials, and overall feel of the room through mood boards to help you visualise ideas for the space and share with us initial feedback.
At this phase we are well informed about any budgetary or logistical constraints and develop plans to ensure our plans align
After refining the preferred scheme, based on your subsequent feedback, we finalise the design, décor and layouts and all specifics for materials and any furniture or furnishings to be sourced.
Phase 3
Implementation, Execution and support
We develop a project timeline and implementation plan, coordinating with trusted vendors and contractors to ensure a smooth execution.
Overseeing implementation and supporting all aspects of the project from procurement to installation, we are able to ensure that everything adheres to our quality standards and reflects the developed vision
Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations and to address any last-minute adjustments.
After project completion, we remain available for any questions or further assistance, ensuring that your new space continues to meet your needs and preferences.
